Random Case File (Random World Productions) does not directly collect any information about the users of this website, unless you make a purchase. However, we do use Google analytics to collect and analyse non-personal information on our behalf.
If you contact us for any reason, me may keep a computer record of your email for future reference, but we will NEVER disclose it (or any other personal details you choose to include in your email) to any third parties unless you give us explicit consent for a specific reason. Random Case File will only reply to you using the details you provide to answer any question or inquiry or to update you about your order. We will NEVER contact you for any marketing or advertising reason. We will only use your address to send orders and invoices as appropriate and NEVER for any other reason.
Random Case File uses PayPay to handle its online financial transactions. PayPal may request information from you to handle your payment- please contact them directly for further information.
Random Case File may store your order details for administrative purposes on password protected computer systems that only they have access to. Information may be kept in paper form in a secure environment but is destroyed after an appropriate time period. You can request that we delete/remove all of your personal details at any time by emailing us at privacy@randomcasefile.co.uk
